Undercover Sting Nabs Convenience Store Clerk
An undercover sting landed a Perry convenience store clerk in jail this afternoon on a felony commercial gambling charge, police said.Hasmukbhai Patel, 41, of Perry, was also charged with misdemeanor keeping a place of gambling and misdemeanor possession of a gambling device, Perry police Capt. Heath Dykes said.
